Jeff Keough, CPA
Jeff Keough, CPA, CA, is experienced in all areas of accounting, assurance, information systems and taxation. He has a strong background in auditing, including evaluating and strengthening controls, and is a former Certified Informations System Auditor (CISA). His previous experience working with the Provincial Auditor General’s office as well as Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) helps assist clients to assess audit risk and navigate audits and reviews from CRA efficiently and effectively.
Jeff’s practice consists of personal and corporate clients seeking business advice, tax preparation, tax planning, financing options, business plans, and assurance services. Jeff has a great deal of experience in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), assisting clients in preparing financial statements and assurance reports for successful presentation to Immigration PEI.

When Jeff is not helping clients, he enjoys time with his family, coaching hockey, and staying active. He resides in Mermaid, PE, with his wife, Krista and their 3 children, Max, Macie and Tommy.

Riley Shea, CPA
Greg O’Brien, CPA
With over ten years of accounting, tax, and advisory experience, Greg has helped many small, medium, and large sized businesses. Greg specializes in tax and estate planning with a focus on buying and selling businesses, transitioning businesses between family members, and estate planning. In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant, Greg has completed the in-depth tax course which is the most comprehensive income tax training program available in Canada. Greg is currently working towards his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation which will allow him to provide tailored estate planning solutions for his clients.
Outside of work, Greg spends a lot of time with his family and friends. His other interests include sports, exercising, and is involved with the Charlottetown Knights U18 hockey club.
